Fitness and Soccer Development come hand in hand. it is essential for coordination, speed, strength, and agility to be developed at an early age in order for an athlete to perform at his/her maximum capacity! As educated coaches we offer the correct timing of development for specific age groups and specific training.


PHV

(Peak Height Velocity)

Peak Height Velocity is the period where maximum rate of growth occurs. It is the onset of PHV that best determines when to increase the training focus on Body awareness,skills, aerobic, anaerobic and strength development. Females should begin strength training immediately after PHV, while males should begin strength training 12-18 months after PHV. Here at E2 Prodigy we focus on the development windows within each age group in order to accelerate our athletes development in a timely, age appropriate manner.
