EDWARD ESTRADA 

Founder 

Soccer Coach/Trainer

Edward D. Estrada, is the founder of E2Prodigy Fitness and Soccer Development, and is also a coach and trainer. Edward was born in Dallas TX, he is the Son of Jesus and Virgilia Estrada he has 4 brothers and 1 sister. In his free time he enjoys watching movies, playing and watching soccer, surfing the Internet and hanging out with friends. His passion for soccer started at a very early age through his participation in youth soccer clubs. He grew up in Houston, Texas (Spring Branch) and is a 2008 graduate of Northbrook Senior High School, where he played varsity soccer as a sophomore and went on to lead the Northbrook Raiders to the 2007 District Championship. Edward also served as team captain and was named Team MVP during his junior and senior years in high school. Edward was selected as a player under the Houston Dynamo Youth  where he was named a protected player under the Houston Dynamo professional organization.


Following High School, Edward attended San Jacinto College where he helped the San Jacinto College Men’s Soccer Team win their fifth consecutive Regional Title and make a run to the NJCAA National Championship Final as a college freshman. After playing at San Jacinto College for two years, he was offered and accepted a scholarship to The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX where he played his last two years of collegiate soccer as a team captain. Throughout his collegiate career he played in the PDL Semi-Professional league with IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL, and with Laredo Heat, in Laredo, TX. During his time with the Laredo Heat, Edward started every game and helped the team reach the 2011 PDL Semi-Pro National Championship Final.


Edward received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology from University of the Incarnate Word in 2013. Edward’s passion for the sport of soccer and physical fitness, lead him to coach at a series of different levels, from beginning recreational league, club soccer and High School group sessions. Edward also served as the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach for University of the Incarnate Word in 2013. His love for the game of soccer, combined with his experience, has allowed him to develop into an exciting, motivating, encouraging, and well educated coach who has helped to develop beginning, intermediate, and advanced soccer athletes from clubs all over the San Antonio area. Edward currently also serves as Director of Coaching for Urban Soccer Leadership Academy (USLA).


Jonathan Camarena

Soccer Coach

Jonathan Camarena was born in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico. Jonathan is the son of Refugio and Yolanda Camarena, he has a twin sister who is currently attending St. Mary’s University and an older brother in El Paso, coaching for FC Dallas-El Paso Academy. Jonathan grew up in Ciudad Juarez playing youth soccer at the age of 5 and transitioned to El Paso where he was part of El Paso Patriots Youth soccer program. He graduated from Del Valle High School in 2011, played varsity since his freshmen year and was part of the team for the 2008 soccer state championship. He started playing PDL (Premier Development League) with El Paso Patriots for the 2009 season and was part of the club until the 2012 season. His senior year Jonathan was named part of the all city 1st team. The last game of his senior year Jonathan tore his LCL (Lateral Collateral Ligament) of his left knee.  This led him to stay in El Paso and he attend his first semester in college at the University of Texas at El Paso after a knee surgery. For 6 months Jonathan worked hard and did therapy as well as intense rehabilitation for 6 months in order to prepare for a new opportunity with FC Dallas. Fortunately enough after a long recovery he was able to play with FC Dallas U18/19 Academy team during the spring of 2012 where he was then recruited to play for University of the Incarnate Word. 


         Jonathan started his soccer career at a college level as a walk on into University of Incarnate Word. He is currently part of the men’s soccer team and has had spectacular performance since the fall of 2012. Jonathan plans on graduating in the fall of 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Minor in Kinesiology. He plans to teach Spanish and coach soccer at the middle school level, as well as get fully certified for all levels in Special Education. Jonathan’s coaching experience started with his brother in El Paso coaching U-6 and U-8 with Fc Dallas El Paso Academy, during 2010-2011. When Jonathan arrived to San Antonio he received the opportunity to coach for Urban Soccer Leadership Academy (USLA) during the spring of 2013. For the spring of 2014 Jonathan coached for S.A. United soccer club U-11 boys where he earned coach of the year. 

Bryan Garcia

Soccer Coach

Bryan Garcia was born in El Paso TX, he is the son of Rodolfo and Marina Garcia as well as 2 older Brothers who still reside in El Paso, TX. In his free time he likes to listen to music, play the electric bass, play, watch and analyze soccer, as well as spend time with his friends and family. He started playing soccer at the age of four, and ever since he has participated in many youth clubs and Academy affiliate teams. Growing up in El Paso Tx, he graduated in 2012 where he played varsity soccer his freshman year. He helped lead his high school team as a captain for two years in which they obtained two district titles, a Presidents High School cup and a run in the playoffs his Senior year to the Elite 8. Bryan played youth soccer for Texas Fire SC in which he had the opportunity to attend 2 of the most prestigious soccer tournaments in the nation such as Surf Cup College Showcase and Disney soccer Showcase. Bryan also had the opportunity to train with academy teams such as Real Salt lake in Casa Grande Arizona and FC Dallas Academy in Frisco Texas.


Following high school, Bryan attended University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio Texas, and was part of the Mens soccer program for two years. Throughout his college career Bryan Played in the PDL semi-professional league with The El Paso Patriots in El Paso Tx, during his time with The Patriots he became a starter and helped the team make a run in the PDL playoffs. Bryan is currently working on his Bachelor’s degree at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio Texas, and he is perusing an education in Business Management and Spanish Liberal Arts. Bryan’s experience and passion as a player has led him to coach and develop players in the sport of soccer. Coaching the youth in FC Dallas El Paso has given him the experience as well as him training a wide variety of athletes from beginner to intermediate level athletes for the San Antonio local area.
